baja 90

hi all just pick this up....was ran without air filter for quite some time and it smokes bad.....was wondering if i could put a 110cc cylinder/piston on it without changin' the head?....

from what i've read on the china parts websites, the 90cc takes a 47mm piston and the 110cc takes a 52mm piston.
why not just rebuild it?
