I currently own a taotao 250 b/c but i am having problems with my rear pedal brakes. The pads are new and the rotor is fine but the brake is not working. I am using by front drum brakes. Does anyone know how i can fix the my brakes or what the issue can be.

 

check your brake fluid level, return spring on the pedal, bleed the brakes at the caliper, verify that system is functioning. look at it closely, it is very similiar to your car/truck's system.
