Clutch Problem - Engine No. 152FMH
Hi Guys,
I got a Chinese or might be Japanese 110 quad, the clutch went about a year ago, its taken a while to source a new part, but i managed to get one last month, this is the clutch i have got,
Kazuma Complete Clutch (50cc/100cc/110cc)
and this is the clutch plates inside,
Clutch Plate Kit Semi-Auto Pitbike + Kazuma
I changed the clutch plates but want sure what type of oil i needed so i just chucked in some fully synthetic that i had for the car, the clutch lasted 2 days then it died again, i checked with the supplier as i suspected that the oil might have something to do with it and they advised that the oil i need is 10w or 15w 40 mineral oil, so i brought some new clutch plates and some mineral oil and replaced the clutch again, this time it lasted 4 hours or so and the clutch went again,
what am i doing wrong?? the engine No. is 152FMH can anyone help or point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Mike.
