What is the history of this machine? Have you ever seen it running? Did this problem suddenly appear, or did it get suddenly bad? When was the last time the valves were adjusted?
Is Hinsum the same as Hensim? Is this a GY6 engine?
Spark, Fuel, Compression. The holy trinity of engine troubleshooting.
You say you have spark. How did you determine this? What method did you use?
After cranking for a while pull out the plug and see if it is wet with fuel. Is it?
Place your thumb over the plug hole. Press tight. Crank the engine. Try to hold the cylinder pressure in while cranking. Were you successful in holding back the engine compression?
Pour a little (1/2 teaspoon) of gas into the cylinder through the spark plug hole. Quickly replace the plug and try and start the quad. Does the engine fire at all?
