Saw the pics, and the only thing you have to worry about is to make sure you are at TDC on the compression stroke. That motor will be at TDC twice, once on the compression, and once on the exhaust. Best way to tell is to hold your thumb over the spark plug hole and if you are feeling it being pushed off, then that is the compression stroke.

I don't know the specs on that motor. .05mm would only be .002 of an inch, and that seems tight to me. I would go to .004 in.

I din't see your reply and tried to start it after puting it back together and no luck. Won't fire. I will reset the valves.

Default Valve Gap specs

I readjusted the valve gap to .04mm. Still won't fire. I am going to try .04 intake and .06 exhaust. Have called Roketa and ask them for specs but no reply yet.

If you went to .04mm, then that is too tight. I believe it should be .004 to .005 inches. Big difference there.

If you spray starting fluid, does it act like it wants to start? Just want to make sure it is not a fuel delivery problem. How does the plug look? Not fouled?

Yes I have them to wide. I will reduce to .004" (.102mm)
I have tried starting fluid and it still does not fire. I checked the plug to ground and I get spark. The plug is new, coil is new. Should in and ex be the same?

Some people go a little bigger on the exhaust, but I've always done them the same. Again, I don't know the specs on that motor and couldn't find anything on a google search, so not sure if that is the right clearance. That's just a common clearance on some of the chinese motors I've had (250, 150, 125, 90).
