im just wondering will there be any difference in performance if i take out the muffler ,theres 2 screws holding it in ,but then theres a weld around the tip of the exhaust that stops it from coming out ,so when i take out the 2 screws it only comes out so far ,any ideas how i could get it out and is it worth taking out????/

I would add a fmf muffler to it. And im guessing that it is a 110, id also look at changing the carb to a mikuni - 22mm.

 

theres a mikuni carb already on it not sure what size
and im just after getting new o-rings for it
so if i took out the muffler it wouldnt make any difference in power?

 

Mufflers produce back pressure so removing it will increase hp, dont know if it will be noticeable.

 

Not to mention that you'll be removing any spark arrestor too. If you light the hillsides on fire and burn down 700 acres and three houses, and I'm on the jury, are you interested in how I would vote?
