NO, I mean slow down turning the corners.
If the tires do not slide when you are pushing in a turn then it is going to turn over. I think you are3 feeling the handlebars "twitching" That is because they are trying to straighten out the bike and take the "path of least resistance". If the wheels don't slide through a hard turn you are going to have this. This is an indicator of pushing it too hard through a turn.
