Default Air Screw help ?

Hi people, I have a 2006 Lifan/Zongshen/Shengqi quad that is a 200cc. It's been running great until the other day I took it out. Now, it takes a while to start (Electric start) and when I get it started, it loses all of it's top end power. The air screw looks like it needs to be adjusted, how many turns out will this be ? Also, what else could be causing it to be sluggish ?

Make sure your choke is disengaging. Turn the screw all the way in then 1 1/4 turn out. Turning it 1/2 turn at a time find the spot where it runs the best on acceleration. This is the top screw.
