i've been to different parts of the USA and internet searches i've done have yielded obviously different results. what i post is what i've used on a steady/reliable basis based on experience. your internet search may not yield what my search yields and vice versa. therefore, this is an exchange of ideas and experiences to help each other out.

I took some time today and through Marshall's got www.outsidedistributing.com e-mail address. They cover their dealers with liability insurance. They are one of only a few who do. Folks like to get lawyers involved here in the States. Worth it to me for a couple of bucks extra.

Default FYI Re: Anyone Ordering Chinese Parts

This is what I found out about kazumapartsonline.com it's also owned by buyatvsonline.com I talked with a sales guy yesterday & he told me that they have 4-5 different sites but this 1 Buyatvsonline - Chinese Atv Parts Scooter Parts 110cc Parts 150cc Parts 70cc Parts 90cc Parts 50cc is their "main site". They are located in Carbondale IL. The store ph.# 618-565-5016 Hrs. are 9-5 CST. Mon-Fri. the only thing with calling them is that you have to leave a message & they'll call you back. I used them for the 1st time a cpl. wks. ago (bought a carb.) & I received it 4-5 days later. BTW it worked great...
It was all in 1 piece & wasn't damaged.
I think the packaging could have been a bit better ?
It was wrapped in bubble wrap & stuffed in 1 of those yellow envelopes.
Just my 2 cents.
Hope everything works out for you.

my kids got a coolster 125 ATV, and all the parts I every needed, I order from sellers on Ebay. parts were always way cheaper than buying from the manufacturer. all the parts were free shipping, and always arrived within 2 days. haven't had any problems with the parts or the sellers on Ebay.

To me, buying parts from the internet is like buying a TV from the back of a truck. When the cheap part fails and hurts your kid. Who do you call? I'll pay a few bucks more for some insurance. We all make choices.

Please do not order from this company. If you google them you can see all the negative reviews on them, I wish I had before ordering from them. I waited 2 months for something that was supposedly in stock before I got a message telling me it was "back ordered" and could take a few weeks to get in. We waited, and yet another couple of months passed before we called them. It took about 10 calls over a weeks time before I could finally get through (since when they did answer they just put me on hold for 40 mins before I gave up) and the phone rep told me that it was a part they would not be getting in stock anytime soon if ever. I asked to speak with a manager and he was completely rude, he acted like they had notified me that they no longer carried that part and yet I had the message they sent right infront of me.. This wasn't my first order with them, most of my other orders weren't this screwed up but I still waited for a few weeks for most of my orders and one came to me semi damaged from the crappy packaging job. TERRIBLE company. Sorry for rant but I don't understand how people that don't give a crap about customer service stay in business. I've had luck with a few other sites, www.buychineseatvparts.com is one that I am happy with so far. I ordered and actually got within the time frame quoted. Also pretty good prices, most of what I've ordered from them has been cheaper then buyatvsonline. It seems like they're a pretty new website, I've seen new parts added every time I go on there.

No they didn't, but I was waiting on a part expecting to have it at any time instead of ordering it from elsewhere and having it within a few days.

J&M ATV Supply in Nashville has just added the www.outsidedistributing.com Chinese Parts to their new catalogue. That works better for me because the J&M dealer is closer than the Marshall dealer. Same price and same quality for my Tao Tao units.

I have to second this. I've been dealing with their LoncinEngineParts site (same number), and I had a very similar experience. I finally cancelled my order because they left me in the dark about my order.
