Default sunl 90 wont run

I have a sunl 90 that will sit and idle nicely, but when accelerated it cuts in and out till it reaches full throttle, then cuts out again...choke on or off doesn't change nothing, except at idle. I have removed and cleaned carb and done all adjustments...does good at first, then starts all over again...have removed and cleaned tank, new filter...

I would check the float movement. It sounds like to me that it is running out of gas. Also you may want to check to see if it does the same thing with the gas cap off. It may be a vent problem.

Was there anything in the jets when you cleaned the carb?
Plugged pipe?

Is the float set too low? With the vibrations, and the rough treatment these bikes get sometimes the float bends. *Once more about the vent.. Did you check it? Think about this, bowl is on and sealed , that makes a closed sort of environment.. The bowl with the drain open is another environment. It shouldn't be hard to check.. Just take off the gas cap and start it and see if it will rev. easy.

runs the same w/ cap on or off...only other thing maybe the vent on the top side by the flange.for the cheap price a new carb costs, I may just order a new carb.

got it figured out...was the rear safety tether switch....it was loose and the vibration of revs was causing intermittent connection loss...tighted up and is now ziptied in place, runs great again....
