Ok here is what I did even though I bought 2 Polaris quads anyway. I pulled the chain and front sproket went from a 428 to a 428H chain and to a 13 tooth from sprocket from a 15 tooth. The machine is much much more stable and grunty. Unfortunately the wheel bearings lasted all of 6 miles anyone know where I can get a quality set of bearings?
I am thinking of fishplating the cheesey frame an surring up the shock mounts in anticipation of the Rocks on the trails up here in PA/NY/NJ.
Anybody have any other ideas to make em a little tougher ?
