Default Confused!! HELP!?

So I have a 110cc Chinese ATV and when I try to start it, it cranks fine but there's no pop like it wants to run. There is good spark and compression. Any ideas what could be wrong?

new or used? Did you check for a few on/off valve? Do you have a drain on the bottom of the carb? Crack it open and see if you have a good flow of fuel. let it flow for a few seconds to try and help get all the air out of the bowl. I have had issues before trying to get them to start due to a air lock in the carb or fuel line. If none of these work take a old squirt bottle fill with fuel hold the throttle wide open and give a few squirts and let go of throttle and try to start. Might take a few tries and you may have to keep giving it a squirt to keep it running once you get it started to get things flowing. Or if you want you can use quick start but use it wisely

Fuel problem. Probably needs a carb clean.

I've cleaned the carb and had problems with the needle but got that fixed. There is good flow. When I open up the drain screw gas comes.out of.the overflow instead of where the drain screw is at. Could that be a problem?
