Identifying the brand

And it never occurred to you sooner just to ask the seller? nice…
I agree about walking away if you can't track down origin especially if you plan on hitting any public trails with it. I suppose if it never left your property, you could be fine but i'm not sure how you would get insurance if you don't have a vin. I also agree about selling the plow if you end up buying this. Quads are put under a great amount of stress when plowing and even the best of them can have problems.

It looks quite a bit like a Yamaha Grizzly 300 and it has a 250cc Loncin engine, but that's pretty much all I know about it.
It's relatively cheap and I do get that lovely plow with it, which is basically the reason I'm considering the purchase.
Assuming anyone can identify it, does anyone have any experience with it or similar quads? And any general tips for dealing with a Chinese quad would be very much appreciated.
Thanks for your time.

Me too but it could also be home made since the OP said it's a mesh of parts and the seller just never got around to applying for a title and VIN stamp. If he's got enough savvy to come up with a custom plow, he may just be ballsy enough to be able to build something like this. Either way, no paperwork means you're not getting my money.
