Default clutch problems :(

burnt my clutch out being a d### now i have to replace it i have got all the bolts out but now it still wont come off any help would be awesome

can you get a pulley puller on it or reach in behind with a deadblow hammer and "help" it out? which quad is this on?

Did you remove the large nut in the center?

So I got the clutch out and the clutch rings are fried any advice on just to replace the rings it's a 162-fmj don't know the brand of bike tho

you probably don't have enough posts yet to put pics in a thread, make an album under your profile of that quad and we'll go there to look at it and see what it is. by the way, have you found the VIN yet? is there a metal ID tag near the front grab handle? is there an ID sticker on the vertical downtube of the steering from the handlebars? any markings on the motor?

Id replace the metal and fiber plates, and the springs... maybe even get a whole new clutch..

Yer I'm going to replace the hole clutch I'm just wondering if there a stronger one? It's pretty much I dentical to http://m.ebay.com/itm/370685978314?nav=SEARCH

And anything else I should be looking for befor I put the clutch and starter back in

I would assume some one makes a better clutch..No idea who that would be..

The clutch is the weak link.. it goes out and protects the gears etc...

Would I be better off just sticking to the original clutch setup?
