Default pz27 carburetor

Removed it from my 250D Tao to try and clean out the jets(no start but would crank then die with starter fluid) but found an odd problem. There are no screw heads on the bolts that attach the bottom. Nothing to unscrew. WTF is this?

I have heard about this a few times.. not sure what the answer is but Id think there are screws under there. or maybe rivets that would need to be drilled out?

I ended up taking out my extractor set and getting the things out. For those that stumble upon this later the size screws to tighten it back up later is M4x16.
