Default 125 or 150?

My son has been riding a small 110 for a couple years, pretty small for him now, my plan was to upgrade to a larger chassis 125 with reverse for this year. But I did that with his sister last year, haven't exactly had great luck if you saw my other post. Then I saw a couple of lightly used 150s and thought about buying him one of those instead. So if anyone knows anything about them I'd like to hear it. Anything to watch out for on the 150 specifically? How would you compare it to the 125?

i don't like dealing with the 150cc because they tend to be the gy6 platforms with terrible transmission issues. I have my 1st one here now and it has tranny issues since new.
I have had good luck with the 125 platforms and the "big wheel" atvs are kinda nice.Little taller with larger wheels for kids who aren't small. I also found the Kazuma brand atvs are a lot more solid than some of the others.
