I have a new taotao tforce that starts fine and seems to run great, but after a few minutes of idling, it slowly revs up of its own accord. When it revs on its own, it is like someone is turning the idle screw slow and steady and sometimes it can get pretty high. It keeps doing this every few mins with no pattern. I swaped out the carb with one off another unit that runs perfect with no change. Checked for leaks and found none. The only things out of the norm that could be found are that the plug tends to get a little sooty, and the idle screw on the carb seems a little to sensitive when adjusting.

Any help on this would be great. Thanks

 

if you tried 2 carbs with the exact same result i would say it has a leak someware that starts showing as the unit warms up.
