Replaced Stator, CDI and Coil. after removing and reinstalling the dry side cover the engine turns over slow, but if you loosen the mounting bolts on the right side it turns over fast again, all bolts were tight before and it turned over fine at normal fast speed, can't see any reason for this.
mounting gasket was torn but left in place. anyone have any idea why it would do this?
Now I can't tighten the side cover mounting bolts all the way down.
