i have to remove the front diff on my 09 850XP with EPS,do i have to remove the EPS or can i unbolt it and try to hold it up out of the way,and will the diff come out the side or the front with the winch out of the way

 

I haven't had the "pleasure" of working on eps units,but appears that the unit can be unbolted from the diff and supported up out of the way to be able to slide the diff out. At least it appears that way in this guys video who's working on an eps system. If you can stand how slowww he talks..
