ATV runs but no electrical systems
I have a 2007 Rocketa 150cc.
So my issues are:
1. no charge (when I put my multimeter up the battery it only reads 12.6 volts.)
2. no lights, this includes brake lights but also none of the headlights work either.
3. electric start button doesn't function either. ( I have to use the solenoid to get it started.)
I don't know what to test from here. The quad will shut off by both the ignition switch and the kill switch on the handlebar..yet no other switch works except those two..
All your help is much appreciated.

If it has AC ignition the kill and ign switches just earth out the CDI. The rest of the electrics are worked from the battery, so you have no connection between battery and ignition switch positive, (or regulator apparently). Check the main fuse first then go through the positive wire from battery to switch to ign fuse (if fitted,) and check earth leads.
