Default 50cc Bogs - New Carb, timing good, new plug new cdi and new ignition

Hey all...

I have a 50cc that I picked up for my son. I got it running and seemed to respond well. Put it in the frame and hooked everything up and started it. Under a load it will bog down and not accelerate and if I push throttle to fast it will bog down and die. I have put a carb from another one that is running well and did the same. Purchased a new carb and intake, same issue. For the life of me I can figure out why it bogs down this way. I also put in a new NKG plug, new working CDI and new coil with a new exhaust, nothing changes........ ANY HELP PLEASE

I'm not a 4 stroke guy. If I had to guess, maybe valve lash adjustment?
Try installing another wire from frame to motor. Sometimes the motor doesn't ground.

I took the chain off to see if the "resistance" would be an issue and that didnt help, I was going to look at the clutch but someone told me that that wouldnt help.... how much are the little 2stokes? lol
