No power to quad, no lights, etc.

Hello, my son has a Tao Tao B1 Boulder I believe, and it has been a good machine to him the first year of ownership. But now the Quad will not show any type of power.
The Battery has a full 12+ volts, but the lights and or Tail lights will not turn on at all which led me to believe it is an issue with the Ignition assembly. I purchased one and am currently waiting for it to come in, but would love other ideas or possibilities in the mean time.
Fuses are good by the way.
Thank you! Stephen

It should have a main fuse somewhere between the battery and ignition switch that could have blown. Some bikes have a separate fuse for the lights, or it could be a faulty light switch if the neutral light or horn (if fitted) works.
