Try another battery, check connection at starter. Then if no change, I might suspect the ignition switch itself. Otherwise, does it start and run ok with pull start?

Check voltage at starter when you turn the key. If it's 12volts plus, could just be the starter has died. So, if it has pull start, you still should be able to use, until fixed. I had an AC 400 that I could pull start easily when battery died.

Getting voltage to the starter cable? If not then usually a solenoid problem. If you're getting voltage, check connections on the battery, solenoid and starter cables for corrosion that could prevent a starter from working properly. You can always jump 12 volts directly to the starter to see if really works or not. If it doesn't,starters aren't that expensive.https://www.ebay.com/itm/Starter-FIT...tT4TZZ&vxp=mtr
