Default tao 110 crankcase oil leak?

Im a newbie. My kid has a Tao 110 automatic and a lug nut on the right side crankcase came off. I tried to put another one on, but no success so im waiting on a part number from partskit so I can order a new one. The bolt itself spins as the ATV is moving. I noticed today that it is leaking oil from there, could I have damaged something internally when I tried putting in a new lug nut. Is there a seal that could be damaged? I've researched online and found that some would say that it might have punctured something inside and to just seal it, but im not sure on this. I'm somewhat handy, but i've never worked on ATV motors so I'm not sure if opening this thing up might be too challenging or if I should just take it in somewhere to get repaired. I've attached a picture of the leak, the lugnut on there is the one I tried putting on.

Their is probably a o ring or gasket in their. That is the clutch adjusting nut so don't mess it up by trying to rig on another nut. Sorta surprised it move with that so loose and falling off.. Once the proper nut is on it, it should no longer spin
