Elstar ag boss won't start from new.

Just bought and assembled my elstar tipper quad.
it's got fuel to the filter but just continually turns over and wont start.
As mentioned it's brand new

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you drained the carb bowl to make sure it has fuel?

No I haven't checked the bowl

Do you know the idle screw settings?

Hold it, first thing to check when a bike refuses to try is have yo got a spark at the plug? Do not fiddle with mixture screws unless everything else has been double checked and found to be right, i.e, spark, compression, carb jets and passages clean.
