i have a 70cc semiautomatic redcat and it seems to go the same speed in every gear just different rpms. There’s a part that has a hose coming off of the crank case. A hose going to the intake manifold and another hose that goes to nothing. I took it apart and it’s completly rusted inside so I left it off. What is this part and what does it do
