Default 110cc driveline oil question

Hello everyone, I just bought my first quad.
It is a 110cc with a 3 speed and reverse, with a rear axle drive shaft. It was a project when i got it

I am having troubles with this drive line part (see attachments pictures). This part was drained of oil when i got it.
Where do you fill it and how much oil do you need to put in?
There are two bolt holes and a hose connection (see attachments pictures).
Where does the hose connect to? Or is it just a vent hose?

I can't find much information about this part, I hope somebody can help me

Looks like "KF" have done a conversion to turn a chain drive engine to shaft drive. I would guess the hole arrowed 2 will be the filler/level hole, fill until oil starts coming back out and put the plug in. Hose is a breather and should go upwards, but with end pointed down to stop rain getting in.
