Do these have bearings or bushings in swing arm , and what is normal play for these bikes. Thanks

Bushings, but they're really bad and the screw tends to be undersized, not even filling the bushing completely.

You shouldn't have any sideways movement in any of the joints, if you do it's advised that you do the same as I did and get some custom bushings made otherwise the frame will start to suffer and things will get damaged.

Those tao Tao quad are a lot of work make sure you keep all bolts tight they are usually made of soft metal with improper maintenance these quads will fall apart just some advice I used to have one
