Default dinli diamondback 90cc runs but doesnt take move from stand still without help

hello I'm new to these forums and still finding my way around . I have a dinli diamondback 90cc quad that I purchased for my daughter and the problem is it really sluggish from dead stop and doesn't want to move . if I pick the rear end up it will throttle out, but if I set it down and jump on it doesn't want to move unless I help push it to get going. I tore the carb down and cleaned it all out and checked the belt and its still acts the same . From what I read it might be the clutch roller weights , just looking for some help and ideas please

If this is the 2 stroke model, the screen at the end of the exhaust pipe may be plugged.

yes this is a 2 stroke . thanks for your reply, is there a way I can take the screen out and clean it? its weird if I push it to help it get going when I'm on it it will take right off and get scooting pretty good but if I stop and try to take off it doesn't want to move without help.

Yes, the screen is removable.
You prolly should get into the clutchs to inspect/clean. It's easy on the scooter based motors (like yours).

do you know how I can remove the screen? I wanna make sure I get it cleaned up just for good measure.

also pretty sure I found the problem of no power taking off, tore apart the clutch and the roller weights were sideways and every which way but the correct way. there is flat spots on all of them too , new clutch should be here Monday and I'm hoping that takes care of the problem, my little girl really wants to ride her quad

If I remember right, there is a screw back there holding the end of the silencer on.
I agree the problem is the clutch.
I think the rollers being all flat was the problem.
FYI: The rollers usually get flipped when taking apart.

thanks for the help I will look into cleaning the screen.

also off subject but I need to change the gear box oil and I'm not sure what oil to put in it as I didn't get a manual with quad. I have done some searching and have seen #90 gear oil will work just curious what your opinion is as I want to put the right gear oil in it. there is a little window that shows the level

Anything from 10-40 oil to 80/90 gear oil is fine.
