Have 135cc semi-auot 3 speed honda clone motor and the timing is off quite a bit..well I know how to remove the large metal circle to reveal the timing gear and chain BUT i need to take the chain off so I can adjust the gear and put the chain back on...My problem is the chain feels awfully tight and Iam sure I took out the tensior bolt..So I need to get to were the timing chain is in the bottom of the motor.... How do I get to it? It looks like if I take the clutch cover off it wouldnt get me to it and I had the stator cover off so I know its not there..Do I need to take the head off to get to it? Or is it behind the clutch cover? Is there even a manual for these?

Welcome to the Forum TaoTao135cc!

You will need to take off the top of the engine(valve cover) and then remove the cam retainers so you can tilt the cam sideways to remove the chain from the sprocket.. loosening the cam chain adjuster doesnt allow for enough play.

Id go to Honda and get a manual for a 110 or 125cc 4 stroke engine.. Or ask Toa Tao if they have one..
