hi.
just curious about them. it's been more then a week that i'm sending them e-mails and also contacting them thru there website and no answer.
it's like they don't exist.
not only that,i live in Australia and when i tried to place an order of parts, the only shipping option was with fedex and it was around 170 $ just for shipping,so it means that if i need something stupid like a kill switch that costs maybe 5 $,i'll pay 170$ for shipping? WTF ?
anyone had to deal with them and had the same problem?
anyone knows maybe of other online shops for chinese atv parts that might answer and with cheaper shipping costs?

Looking at your link I see generic "me too" quads built by buying generic parts and bolting them together and selling them under a new brand name. There were so many of these chinese quad companies at one time it was impossible to keep track. Most have succumbed to the economic downturn, but a few will survive.
But the good news is that a majority of parts on your quad are exactly the same parts used on a zillion other chinese quad brands. You most likely don't need "eagle" parts. Search around and find a part that looks the same, and it most likely is the same. The second good part is that they are so cheap that it really doesn't hurt that much to give it a go.
Have you tried searching eBay in Australia? Do you have any internet chinese quad parts suppliers there?

hi
i actually got a recommendation on them and by the look of there website it looks like they have the biggest virety of parts ,i only wanted to ask a few simple questions and know if the price of the freight is for real or there is a better price for small packages, but nothing.
so yes,i had to contact Elstar australia and they were very very helpfull ,they got me all the parts i needed and even gave me a very nice discount.
there are not many Chinese quad parts shops in Australia, there are a few but not as many as the us and most of them don't have a big selection on there website ,so you have to contact them in person by phone.
and e-bay doesn't give you many results in aus ,just sends you to the us sellers.
cheers for the support
