TAOTAO ATM50A1 - The front wheel doesn’t rotate fairly ?!
Hi guys 
i bought a new TaoTao ATM50A1, when assembling it the front Wheel doesn't rotate fairly , it make noise with the brake pad, so i opened the front brake and i rest the brake pad to the initial position but no use, i still get this noise and the wheel doesn't rotate fairly ...
any one had this problem before ? any advices ?
