Did you gap the spark plug appropriately? A quick and easy way to rule out fuel is to spray some starting fluid in the intake and crank it over. If it fires then you likely have a fuel problem.

I got it started. Problem was that I was using two smaller gauge wires running from the battery to the battery cables to give me extra space. The wires couldn't produce enough juice to crank the ATV.
