Can anyone tell me what this wire goes to I can't read this diagram.

Pen is what wire I don't know help please

 

If you are referring to the white wire, looks like a white goes to switches and another white, possibly the same wire, goes from stator to regulator. If you are referring to the four pin plug, there should be another matching it somewhere. However blown up as big as I can, I am struggling to be sure which is white, and am not keen on that type of diagram anyway.
