Default Wheels turn when starting

I picked up a little 110cc . There are no gears, just gas and go. As soon as I hit the start button the wheels engage and it's moving forward before it's even started. I would assume it's a clutch issue, but I would think it wouldn't engage easily if there was a problem. Any help will be appreciated.

Yes, centrifugal clutch problem. Bigger bikes also have a one way clutch in the centre of the centrifugal, a common cause of this problem is someone fitting the one way backwards, I can't remember if the Honda Cub clones have this. Easy to tell, engine off, roll bike forwards, it should try to turn the engine. Roll backwards and the bike should freewheel. If it does the opposite, the one way is in backwards, if it tries to turn the engine when rolled both ways, a centrifugal fault, or seized one way clutch.
