Default Raptor Quicksilver Carb Question

Has anybody installed a edelbrock Quick Silver Carb on thier Raptor?

I would like to install this setup but was woundering what others likes and dislikes on it.

Is it easier to change jetting on?

Where did you get it at, and the cost on it as well.

Default Raptor Quicksilver Carb Question

Search the posts for "Group buy on Edelbrock carb" or something like that. There is a great review that tells all about how to adjust the carb. There is no "jetting, per se, because you don't have to change jets. From what I understand all you have to do is adjust the needle. It takes 5 minutes instead of 50 minutes. You can order them from Branums now for $500. I have one on the way and I will surely let you all know how it performs.

Default Raptor Quicksilver Carb Question

How does this setup work for a hi compression 686? Has anyone here installed one on a 12:1 or higher 686?
