03 grizz top speed 62 mph why ?

03 grizz top speed 62 mph why ?
03 grizz,stock tires,stock everything,800 miles,In the begining usedto see 65-68 mph, now only 60-62mph,does not seem to pull as hard in the mid to upper as it once did. HELP
