Default Sportsman 700 missing at top end

Last weekend my 700 started missing I noticed it when i pinned the throttle. I did notice a bolt missing on the carb bracket that I will replace this weekend. I pulled the plugs and they were pretty dark for only having about 300 miles on it. I will probably change them this weekend also. Has anyone had this problem?

Hey man don't fill bad my 600 does the same thing, I replaced every thing ie: plugs, wires, added new 160 jet in the carb and new air filter. The dealer tells me it might be the rev limiter but they want $82.50 an hr to look at it. let me know what you find out.
