Im not sure wether to get a 03 blaster or Trail Blazer. This would be my first ATV. but ive had a kx8o dirtbike which i like cuz of the 2-stroke i want to go through the wood and mud but also go fast. Im also not sure if the blaster is reliable.

 

From what I heard the Blaster is pretty reliable. The one problem I have is that it has a manual clutch but since you been driving dirt bikes you should be used to it. The Polaris Trail Blazer is fully automatic and I'm thinking abut getting her. One thing is that she is cheap, only $6700 Canadian. Another thing is that I have been trusting Polaris with snowmobiles for a long time and mine never fails or breaks down. The Blaster looks better but I would go with the Polaris.

 

the blaster is reliable and you will have way more fun on it. if your used to a kx80 a trailblazer will be a slouch....

 

go for the blaster, they are really reliable and super fun. also, they are easy and relatively cheap to mod [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

go with the blaster, it will also set you up better for a more aggressive machine later on

 

I would go with the blaster, I have been riding them for about 7 years now and its very reliable, very fast, you can hop them up so much. There easy to work on and you will love the power band if your used to a dirt bike.

 

the old fat bald guy [me] was out at the pits this afternoon wowing some dirt bikers with my jumps that were higher than theirs.......on my lowly blaster!
I had a great time! its a totally fun quad! everybody always wants to ride it. and with the pipe it sounds like a dirt bike too.

they didnt think an old fart could do stuff like that, hehe! i love the look on their faces when i take my helmet off. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

it's a really fun machine, you will love it! Yam has been building them for 15 years and they sell every one of them. and the 03 will have those good raptor disc brakes on it. that's the only thing i dont like about the 02.
