yamaha warrior dies out in 4th and 5th

Default yamaha warrior dies out in 4th and 5th

I have an 1997 yamaha warrior and a 2001 banshee i race both of them now on the banshee i can hit all the gears no problem and on the warrior when i get to like 4th and 5th gear it bogs and try to cut off why do it do that it dies out but when i ride normal its good.

heh, im stumped...could it be your air filter or something is clogged and your not gettin enough power. I have no idea?!

do you let go of the throttle as you change the gears when racing? if you dont then that could cuase serious problems to your gears in tha long run, but idk. Explain what happens or what sound it makes if you can.

sounds like your float is not set properly your running out of gas when your racing. it uses more fuel out of your bowl when you are at high speeds
