Default ADJUSTING VALVES ON 2003 WARRIOR

Just recently adjusted a 99 warrior and it was a snap. The only things i needed was a feeler gauge and a pair of needle nose pliers. Once i got the plastic off and the motor set to TDC it took only 5 minutes. $200 bucks @ the dealer. LOL They can keep it!

I appreciate the manual link.. I hope that it is the same as the 03. basically just 2 tools and the right adjustment figures and should be good to go! Thanks
