Just curious as to what brands of Nerf bars are compatible on a Warrior if you have a skid plate installed?

It looks as if a few of them rely on mounting part of them to the frame which seems would be no longer accessible if you've got a skid plate mounted. Would I need to modify my skid plate?

I have definitely narrowed it down to aluminum, I just need to pick a brand and style.

I installed a UM performance skid with DG nerfs and encountered no problems with accessability to mounting points. This was on my wife's 03 warrior.

 

I guess I will modify the skid plate if I have to.

Does anyone know what brand has the best mounting system?

I have heard the U-bolt mounts are less desirable thank a direct mount, is this true?
