Adjusting Valves on 600 Griz

Adjusting Valves on 600 Griz
A buddy of mine just get the 600 Griz and I am gonna adjust the valves this evening. Is there anything special or different I should know? Does it have have access holes down at the crank and a TDC indicator? A good responce could same me time this evening. Thanks very much.
