Default 1999 Recon 250

I have a 250 Recon 1999 that needs some help with the front brakes. I looked at the fluid in the master cylinder and it looks full. I pulled out the inspection plug to look at the adjuster. I had a very hard time jetting it to move at all. Also it looks like there is a lot of rust inside the drum. I think that this unit has seen a lot of water and mud. Were do you think I should start ???

Well the first thing you should do is pick up a CLYMER repair manual, unless you know what your doing and even if you do there still very nice to have. Your probably gonna have to take the drum apart and clean the all the mud and crap out. If you still have the original brake shoes on it you should probably replace them too since you got it apart.
