I have 1999 polaris sportsman 335. It idles and runs good at low speed if you give it gas it bogs down. The carb has been completely rebuilt. Does anybody have any suggestions on what might be going on with it? Any help would be appreciated!

 

Make sure the foam block holding the carb air intake nozzle and clutch air intake isn't blocking air flow plus air box is sealed and air filter clean.Look over this fuel section on the carb to double check float settings,etc.https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...U2gGlaHJWSIlbA If you haven't already,pull the black wire from the limiter module located under the front panel. You can also pull the fuel line from the carb and crank the engine over. Should be a steady stream of fuel if the fuel pump is ok.
