Default Fuel coming out drain tube??

My friends 02 Raptor we jetted the carbs and when I turned on the fuel, it came out of the drain tube on the right carb. What the hell did we do wrong. Is the float messed or what. I know we didn't touch the float at all. TIA

Did you tighten up the drain screw on the right carb??? Right now my Warrior is doing the same thing with the screw screwed in... i have the carb apart right now. Could be a stuck float, or you put it together wrong... make sure everything in the carb is clean.

Yup its your floats, somehow. First try blowing out the needle and seat valve with some air. Then check it with the clear tube method. ( clear tube on an open drain screw held up by your carbs ) If it is higher than the carbs mating surface you might have accidently adjusted the floats. Just read adjust them. Sounds simple enough right.
