What is the torque spec for setting my A1/A2 cams sprokets? I also put blue locktight on correct??

What is the best way install those C clips the look like a pain and I dont want to drop them into the case.

 

I dont know the Torque specs on the cams, I just tightened the **** out of mine!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] On the sirclips, make sure you have a towel wrapped around the rod so if it does drop, it will not go inside the case. use a small set of needle nose to put them in.

I was cosidering just using the impace wrench and a $h!t load of blue lock tight [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

blue loctite is the weekest - you want to use high temp/high strength loctite. torque spec is 37ft/lbs, I went 40 on mine.
Put a rag around the crankcase hole to keep the clip from falling if you drop it. put one clip in the piston on the bench, then oil the piston and slip it into the bottom of the cylinder on the bench but leave it sticking out just enough to install the pin and clip once you line it up with the rod. This is easier than trying to put the piston into the cylinder after its already installed on the rod.
