Does anyone know the telephone number for yamaha customer service? I bought the Y.E.S extended sevice from my dealer a month ago and recieved nothing from yamaha.

 

Here is one of them, 1-800-635-0736. It might be busy you have to just keep calling back

It usually takes from just one week to as long as 3 months.

Same thing with most people who buy their machines through Household Retail [Yamaha card]. Some people don't get their payment books for up to 3 months from the purchase date,...however you still have to make the payments..LOL

Same with you...just becaue you don't have your warranty card yet doesn't mean that you aren't covered. If you are in doubt,..a simple calkl to your dealer will do. They can find out in less than 5 minutes.

Give it time...it will come.
