My buddy has been having same problem on his 99 400ex.It has been intermittent however. We checke d all connections and cleaned them.Didnt help.It does it when it wants to.It even has a tendency to blow fuses.never a problem with stock box but every now and then the WB unit acts up,wont start when cold and blows fuses when you hit starter button after being shut off when ridden hard for a while. He sent the box back for exchange and this one does same thing.I have yet to have a problem on my 00 400ex with the WB box.

The stock 400ex does on or about 64mph. With an aftermarket rev. limiter just how much faster will it go. What mods do you have to do when putting on a new rev. limiter.

Thanks,
juvenile
