can anyone help me im looking for a rear 25 tooth sprocket for an 99 lt 80 with 428 chain on it pref a steel one since we chewed the aluminum one up in 6 races .looked everywere can't seem to locate one any help? greatly app.

 

Check with James Lucky , their catalog had a listing of many aftermarket sprockets, with several different numbered tooth sprockets for the LT80, both the 428 and the 520. I saw this a few years back when my son rode one, I was thinking of regearing myself. Hope that helps you out.

 

I guess thatI'd get the Suzuki sprocket (stock is 26tooth in 428 chain) It's steel.

 

yes i allready did that but looking for a smaller one for back as we are running out of speed the motor only turns so fast then it quits pulling .

 

What is a good setup for an LT80 running with the Moore Racing Mods? 428 chain with 10 tooth front and ? tooth rear sprocket. Running motocross. Where can I get these parts?

 

Your only going to run a 10 tooth front if the tranny is welded.
stock tranny for mx~~13 front,26 rear
welded tranny~~10 front,43 rear
